Classes to suit everyone

Joseph Pilates devised his method to be taught to individuals or small groups. The need for precision and control whilst practising the technique and the ability to connect mind and body are not easy to do in a large class. We restrict our group classes to a maximum of 14 people to give you the attention you need to grasp the principles of Pilates safely and effectively. For this reason, booking is highly recommended.


The classes are suitable for all abilities. These group classes use stability rolls, magic circles, bands and over-balls to challenge core stability and add variety to the workout. Apart from your mat, we supply everything else to make sure you have a great workout.


These 55 minute classes are held at the following times:

Tuesday IBC School of Dance, Long Eaton  

10 am - General Level with Michelle


Wednesday Breaston Scout Hall

10 am - Beginners and rehab/injury classes with Michelle (A lower level workout ideal for illness or injury)


Thursday Breaston Scout Hall

10am - General level with Helen



Friday Breaston Scout Hall 

10 am - General level with Michelle
